Is it okay, if i wash my penis head only with warm water & not using any soap! upto now i used to wash daily with soap, but when head is exposed to air it is turning dry like whitish. does using less soap/no soap solves it? is warm water enough?im19?

I suggest using a gentle soap with water to wash your penis because this can help neutralize many types of bacteria and viruses which can cause infections. Water alone is not effective. I wish you well with your health!
