Hi, about six months ago, my gp said i had high blood pressure and put me on chronic schedule (rejected by medaid). on 2 occasions, i took bp tablets for a few days and then stopped. i did an annual health check today and recorded 124/80. what next?

Talk to GP: Treatment for High Blood Pressure involves a continuous medication regimen. Starting and stopping the Hypertension meds is dangerous and ineffective. Your GP should coordinate any needed paperwork and medication adjustments in order for you to be treated for your Hypertension. Talk to them about your next steps.
