Physical exam: Along with our vital statistics (blood pressure, weight, heart rate, respiratory rate), it should also involve an actual physical exam of your whole body (head, eyes, ears, nose, throat, neck, chest, heart, abdomen, groin, extremities) and nerves along with lots of questions. There could be more or less depending on the reason for the physical. Ie. If you are getting insurance more blood tests.
