Ideal BP: Ideal BP would be 120/80 or less. 120-140/80-90 is consider pre-hypertension.

Depends: With the most recent consensus there has been changes as to what is the ideal bp. For most people 120/80 is ideal. I wouldn't worry too much for an isolated diastolic blood pressure of 89. I would get it checked again.
