I have in the last 3 days been feeling sick. dry throat, headache and feeling light headed and also very tired. there has been a rightness in my chest that comes and goes and difficulty breathing when i sleep in certain positions. could it be covid?

They could also be related to other conditions like other viruses, and many other conditions, With difficulties with breathing, would be best evaluated by a doctor in person. Possibly: COVID 19 Sx's may include fever, cough, feeling tired, shortness of breath, muscle aches, headache, sore throat, chills, chest pain, nasal congestion, loss of taste or smell, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. Get urgent care for difficulty breathing, blue lips, persistent chest pain/ pressure or new onset confusion.
