You have to ask : Your family doc or a cardiologist and your asthma doc as you will need a workup of your heart , lungs, etc. Before getting pregnant.

Yes: You need to exercise more, that will prepare your body better for your pregnancy as well. Make sure your asthma is well controlled while you are pregnant. Good luck!
