Regular Dr can help: IF this is Graves Disease, you can receive initial treatment from any Dr not just a specialist. It is important to start treatment with anti thyroid meds immediately so that you don't develop worse complications. Use artificial tears to lubricate your eye, and ask your regular Dr about corticosteroids.

PCP ...evaluation: Management depends on the cause and duration of swollen eyeball; Gradual or Recent onset, Pain, Discharge, Itchy... January 2021 is still a while off and maybe detrimental to the swollen eyeballs. Best to see PCP or Urgent care/ ER physician for evaluation and tentative management pending Eye Specialist visit in January.
