Sometimes difficult: Headaches can be difficult to treat. A neurologist or pain doctor should be able to improve headaches significantly. That might not work immediately. Migraine, tension headache, medication overuse, sleep issues, muscle-skeletal pain, stress, depression, insomnia can in part contribute to headache. A multifocal treatment approach should be used.

Keep trying: I suggest that you keep looking for an expert who can help you. I have seen many patients who have searched for years before they found the right therapy for them.
