My eye was swollen shut and bruised from being punched. after a couple of days i could see out of it again, but then i put ice on it and now it's bad?

Get checked: I take eye & periocular injuries seriously and so should you. By your description, you likely had significant swelling and likely a "black" eye. You probably were unable to open your eye voluntarily. Now ice on eyelid causes you to not see well. I'm not sure of latter issue, but you should have an eye md check your eye and bones around it to ensure that treatment isn't required.
