My eye has red, swollen and enlarged caruncle. easily visible. it looks like coming out of my eye. went to emergency but no clue. eye specialist wasn't sure but prescribed tobradex eye drops. started using it from yesterday.

Give it time: Tobradex takes about 2-3 days to provide optimal results. You need to give it time. However if the problem fails to improve after 2-3 days or gets worse in the interim, call your eye doctor or get a 2nd opinion.
