Mom is 49 and since 2 days her nipple has started hurting she says its the brown part of the breast not just the nipple she recently is losing weight?

See a doctor: And do this soon. She needs to be examined and undergo mammography and possibly biopsy if abnormal findings are seen. Encourage her to go for your sake if she is reluctant to go for herself or afraid of findings. She can be treated effectively for whatever may be wrong. Hope this clears up soon.
