Possibly: Breast pain is certainly one of the usual signs of early pregnancy, but most of the time, not way before your period is due. If you are trying to get pregnant, it is possible you could be. Some normal hormone cycles seem to give more breast tenderness than usual, too, so it doesn't have to be pregnancy. If your period doesn't come on, do preg. Test. If it hurts after period, see doc for exam.

Take a test : Don't guess. Take a test. In today's world you do not need to wonder if you are pregnant or not based on symptoms. Pregnancy tests are available at any pharmacy and in minutes you will have your answer. They can detect a pregnancy 7-10 days after conception. The best time to take one is when you miss your period.
