HCG testing ?'s: HCG can be positive as early as 14 days after ovulation (9-10 days after implantation). Suggest waiting for another 7-10 days to be certain about a positive HCG test, since the amount of HCG in a normal intrauterine pregnancy rises very quickly, and a persistent low level of HCG may be present with pregnancies outside the uterus (ectopic).
