HCG test reliable ?: HCG can be detected reliably 10 days after the mild bleeding associated with implantation. Keep in mind that mild bleeding/spotting may not represent implantation, so if spontaneous vaginal bleeding persists, see your gyn physician to assure the diagnosis.
