COVID + family: Family should self quarantine ,wear masks at home for 10 days COVID test at day 7. Vit D has been associated with lower mortality so would take Vit D 2000 units /day. Take Tylenol for fever. Drink fluids juice/ water. Zyrtec for nose, Get a pulse oximeter. Monitor fever/oxygen. if oxygen less than 92, short of breath, very weak, high fever more than 103 (on Tylenol) go to ER F/u/w/ MD

See below: Covid-19: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html Please contact your doctor by phone for further evaluation and mechanism for testing in your area. Wear a mask, stay away from others, practice hand hygiene. Be sure to get tested, if you get symptoms. If you develop breathing difficulty, go to the nearest hospital, immediately. Wish you good health.
