No need: Although there is very little data on reinfection, it appears very unlikely that mother and daughter are at any risk from the boy. Wish you good health!

COVID 19: Cases of recurrence are very rare. But they need to be mindful to continue to wear masks in public and to meticulously clean surfaces. They don't want to infect people outside of home through surfaces that were contaminated by the son.
