A healthy 14 year old does not need any specific treatment for a Covid infection-just symptom treatment. So, a fever-reducer medicine, like acetaminophen, will be helpful. Any medicine for cold treatment should help the runny nose, cough drops if she develops a sore throat or cough, etc. If your daughter has any chronic health issues, her doctor should be notified about the positive test.
