Ive been having stomach pain that leads to back pain, nausea and then followed by nausea. could this be stomach ulcer? and what do i need to do. this has been happening for a bit now and xrays and blood tests reveal nothing

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. If the doctor who examined you and saw the results of x-ray and blood tests was not able to sort it out, it would be impractical to better in this forum. If you have lost weight it would be prudent to see a doctor, especially a GI specialist. Wish you good health!
