Exam advised: Spastic colon usually causes urgent loose bowel movements during daytime and several episodes with accompanying cramping are common. Upper abdominal discomfort and nausea are nonspecific but could be caused by functional gastrointestinal disorder or stress. Back of the head and neck discomfort is often due to tension and stress or arthritis of neck vertebrae. See your MD for evaluation nd advice.
