Yes and you should : See a gastroenterologist for further eval to ensure if this is related to NSAIDs vs other cause such as H Pylori.

Stable Hgb/Low Ferri: Recent evidence has shown that injury to the small bowel and colon during chronic NSAID use can lead to mucosal damage, ulceration, overt bleeding, obstruction/perforation, protein-loss and occult blood loss . NSAID-induced lower gastrointestinal (GI) complications are increasing while upper GI complications are decreasing. So in your case persistent FOBT could be from upper or lower GI bleeding.
