See doctor: It could just be a prolonged cold, or influenza; but lasting this long, your symptoms are suspicous for COVID-19. Get tested if you haven't been. Whether COVID or another virus, an NSAID (ibuprofen, naproxen, etc) may help symptoms. But for sure see a doctor if the problem lasts another week or more.
