High risk COVID: Due to your diabetes and the symptoms you mentioned, I would recommend that you be tested for COVID and evaluated by your healthcare provider to make sure you are not developing complications from this type of viral infection. In the meantime, lots of fluids, rest,isolate at home,eat regularly until you are evaluated. Handwashing and masking will help reduce spread to others.

Unfortunately COVID 19 is one of those.COVID 19 Sx's may include fever, cough, feeling tired, shortness of breath, muscle aches, headache, sore throat, chills, chest pain, nasal congestion, loss of taste or smell, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea.
