COVID-19 and influenza infection should be considered and screening tests are recommended. Please self isolate, drink fluids, monitor your temperature and breathing, rest. Watch for shortness of breath and difficulty breathing. A chest imaging study is recommended if this occurs.

Agree with Dr. Dosanjh. You may take acetaminophen for fever and aches and fever, no more than 4 g in one day, no alcohol. If you develop breathing difficulty, go to the nearest hospital. Wish you good health!
