COVID: these are definitely COVID symptoms. would try to track down any exposures as well but a COVID swab would most likely be appropriate

COVID 19: That would be clinically appropriate. My understanding -in South Africa, one contacts a medical provider for eval & to decide if COVID 19 testing is indicated. In US, policies vary by state. Go to https://www.apple.com/covid19/ & choose your state's health department for specific guidance. In the meantime please quarantine.
