Probably yes: COVID-19 is everywhere in the US because too many Americans did not wear masks and take major safety precautions. Places like Australia where the people did a great job, stand in contrast to us. So, if everyone already has the same virus and no other bad virus, then getting together should not worsen the risks. The other bad winter virus would be the flu, but December 2020 has seen little flu.

COVID 19: If all are confirmed to have COVID 19 as the cause of their symptoms (and not influenza or other infections) then there should not be an issue with transmitting the virus. Because infections are in same location at same time - this is most likely from the same strain of COVID 19.
