No, they shouldn’t: Older people are especially susceptible to Covid-19. Currently no one should be visiting these facilities. Many children and others are asymptomatic carriers of the virus, so even if they are not sick, they may be contagious. Try to connect virtually with any relative or friend in an aged care facility. There are some places that can be visited from the outside if the resident can look out.
