I have just gotten out of my quarintine (i had covid). i want to visit my friend, but her parents were infected by the same person i was infected by and they are not sure if they are sick. will i get covid again if i visit them?

COVID 19 concerns: It is likely that this is the same strain of COVID 19 since this is the same geographic location and around the same time frame. If they actually have COVID 19 the chance of you being re-infected by them would be extraordinarily low. However, if they are suffering from a different type of infection, that would be a different story.

Reinfection unlikely: You should not be concerned about getting re-infected with Covid-19. If the persons concerned have a different infection you are at risk. Take the same precautions that you would for Covid. Wish you good health!
