High Risk: Because you have Lupus and are in an immunocompromised state, and highly at risk of severe complications from a Covid infection, you must ensure your own health. This includes self isolating from persons/situations that present a hazard to your health. If family members are not compliant with mask, quarantine and other guidelines, they can put you at risk. Try reminding them of your high risk.
