Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It could be air/gas in the stomach. If you gained weight recently, that may be contributing to the symptoms. It would be prudent to see a doctor at your convenience. Wish you good health!
