A member asked:

I recently had an x-ray, in the first test it was said that there were suspicious densities in my upper right and it was recommended to have an apicolordotic view and the result was "having infiltrates in the upper right", what does that mean?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Possible infection: The second set of films appear to confirm presence of a pneumonitis, which is most likely of infectious origin. This indeed does need further evaluation and treatment. Etiology based upon data provided is unclear. See your doctor ASAP and get this handled.
