I recently had an x-ray, in the first test it was said that there were suspicious densities in my upper right lobe and it was recommended to have an apicolordotic view and the result was having infiltrates in the upper right apex. what does it mean?

I recently had an apicolordotic view results. It says there is Reticular and Nodular densities in the upper right lobe of my lungs.
I had my chest xray the result was suspicious opacities in the right upper lobe the doctor requested for apicolordotic view the result was negativethus this mean i have really normal lungs? Or do i need more test to confirm?thanks in advance?
Xray in 2019, result says suspicious densities are seen in right upper lobe, had an apicolordotic view and came out normal. Xray in 2020 result is the same this time left upper lobe, apicolordotic result normal again. No history of lung desease?
