My niece got her xray result yesterday and itsays suspicious nodular density right apex. apicolordotic view is suggested.. what does this mean?

Shot the X-ray on the table so you can better see the apices. So instead of straight on shot the x ray beam is shot at an angle f So the collar bone etc is out of the weigh. I’m guessing Googling it will show it better.
