GERD,bloat,pain: In addition to reflux,you are experiencing gas buildup which could be caused by certain food intolerance such as lactose or gluten. Avoid spicy and oily foods which cause or aggravate reflux. Also avoid alcohol,caffeine and gassy foods&beverages. Try avoiding lactose(dairy products) for a week. If bloating persists, then avoid gluten(wheat). Consult a gastroenterologist if not improved.
