Increased salivation, burping, bloating, abdominal pain, clearing throat a lot, increased mucus, sensation of having lump in throat, burning sensation in throat and stomach every night a little bit after dinner.... sound like acid reflux or gerd?

Could be: Could also be signs/symptoms of other conditions or diseases. You need a physical examination to determine the cause of your symptoms. Only then can the cause be treated. Please see your GP or a Gastroenterologist.
