Abd pain: May be reflux/ gastritis w/w/ o H pylori(bacteria) or gallbladder. Test for H pylori & ultrasound for gallbladder . May also be food intolerances ,gluten, soy, milk ( can eliminate milk for 1 week and see if helps, if not eliminate gluten for 1 week, then soy) Avoid smoking , fatty foods, soda, caffeine, energy drinks , motrin like products. Consider ranitidine . Follow up w/ do
