Bloating&drowsiness after meals, very mild nausea (no vomit), normal stools/urine and no pain around tummy. i have no tenderness to touch around my abdomen. when i just eat a small meal i feel like i am full. no other symptoms. concerning?

Since you have no other digestive symptoms I would only be concerned if you're experiencing unintended weight loss. Drowsiness after meals ( usually large ones) is caused by circulation being diverted to the digestive tract & away from the brain. Try avoiding gassy foods& beverages. Taking simethicone 1/2 hour after eating can prevent bloating from gas buildup.
