Since you have no other digestive symptoms I would only be concerned if you're experiencing unintended weight loss. Drowsiness after meals ( usually large ones) is caused by circulation being diverted to the digestive tract & away from the brain. Try avoiding gassy foods& beverages. Taking simethicone 1/2 hour after eating can prevent bloating from gas buildup.
