Not of concern: The term "Shotty" in reference to lymph nodes indicate the presence of small hard lymph nodes similar in feel to buckshot or pellets. They are typically caused by an immune response to a viral issue. They are not of clinical concern when looking at tumors, growths or other diagnostic masses, which is probably why they were not mentioned in the final impression report.
