It's : It's a bit hard to interpret without knowing the reason why it was ordered, or any information about symptoms. Basically, it states that there are multiple enlarged lymph nodes deep in the abdomen and pelvis. It is normal for nodes to be present in these areas, but enlargement usually isn't. Depending upon the context, this could be indicative of an infection, recent surgery, or possibly cancer spread into the nodes. Occasionally, we can see similar findings in perfectly healthy people. Again, knowing the patient's medical history, reason for the ct and what symptoms, if any, are present is helpful in making sense of the report.
