Can a nasopharyngeal tumor "go away" or "disappear" or "shrink" on its own? my right ear sometimes feels full, can this be a nasopharyngeal that i had about 8 yrs ago, or could it be eustachian tube dysfunction or cohlear hydrops. valsalva helps?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. If you had a tumor, it would not go away on its own. It would be prudent to see a doctor, preferably an ENT doctor. Wish you good health!

Hi doctors. I sometimes have a feeling of fullness ONLY in my right ear If the Valsalva Technique helps SOMETIMES, can that rule IN or rule OUT a nasopharyngeal mass or could it be Eustachian Tube Dysfunction? What may be other differential criteria?
When I do the vasalva maneuver the pressure stays in the middle ear and won't equalize. Does that mean I have eustachian tube dysfunction?
