No danger: Water alone can clean knives, forks and spoons enough to remove most, if not all germs providing it is perfectly clean and all food has been washed away. However, it is much easier to clean cutlery if dish washing soap is used. There is no need to soak cutlery in any antiseptic. Acidity of gastric fluid in stomach fortunately can kill almost all ingested bacteria, so you are safe.
