Probably not: Repeat the EKG and remind the technician to be sure the leads are correctly placed. He/she may need to run off a few tracings with leads V1, V2, and V3 in close but slightly different positions. It's VERY common for a computer to misread "Possible Anteroseptal Infarct" if the leads are not precisely placed. Unless you have had a bad bout of chest pain, it's unlikely that the reading's correct
