When should i be concerned about a complex ovarian? i have one on my right ovary that is 2.3 cm. is it cancer?

Complex ovarian cyst: Any ovarian cyst which has been designated as "complex" by radiographic or ultrasound imaging, needs a tissue diagnosis to be certain about malignant potential. Ask your gyn physician for a referral to a gyn oncologist for advice on this subject.
