Left abdominal pain: Ovarian cysts are common if one is not on oral birth control, and the pain associated with it usually stops after the cyst ruptures. See your healthcare provider for an exam and ultrasound if the pain continues. Ovarian cancer is very unlikely to occur at age 20.
