No: There is ongoing research to find such tests but they are not generally available to the public. Common blood tests target specific areas where the patient may be vulnerable to a problem. However, testing would suggest something is wrong, not why it is wrong. Some cancers like leukemia would have obvious blood findings in some/others not.

Agree with Dr. F: In general, blood tests are not diagnostic of cancers, except leukemia and multiple myeloma. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Some cancers: Some cancers, usually leukemia or lymph node cancers, can make themselves known by simple common blood tests. Other cancers may be harder to find and need body imaging. Your doctor will help you with a tailored approach to your cancer risk based on age, sex, environmental exposure, but no workup will find all possible cancers-in-the-future
