I know that masturbation/sex cant cause or worsen varicocele. but why? can i have explanation about it? when near ejaculation, a lot of blood flow to testicle right? so how ejaculation not affect varicocele? just curious?

Varicocele: Probably sexual release does not increase blood flow though the varicocele, at least not much; and even if it did, that would not be harmful. Varicocele's do not develop because of blood flow abnormality, and increased blood flow does not make them larger or worse in any way.
