A member asked:

Follow it for now: Lab results may be in error, especially with the ANA, but in lupus there's almost always a high one at some time. You've listed "heart failure / condition" and as a young adult, you have a responsibility to find out exactly what's with your heart before we go looking for lupus. There is no magic bullet for lupus, and the real question is, "How much do we need before we treat?"
