Symptoms?: Do you have any symptoms? Problems with your vision? Headaches?Any neurological problems? You may want to discuss further with your neurosurgeon. 3mm may be small -however if the location is very close to the blood vessels/nerves that innvervate the eye and may cause problem with your vision- surgical approach may be indicated to prevent more damage/permanent damage to the eye etc. See your doc.
