Maybe: You know you have a tumor and it is sitting on the oculomotor nerve that controls most of the eyes movements. If it is getting a little bigger then you may have more symptoms that include sharp pain. Call your doctor.

Yes: A meningioma pressing on one of your oculomotor nerves is very serious. You may have difficulty with double vision or with the ability of your pupil to react to light, if this has not happened already. The tumor's location also puts it near some major blood vessels and at the base of the brain. Likely this is a serious issue and needs to be treated. The sharp pains may or may not be related.
