Basics: See if he can walk without increased pain. If he cannot walk without pain or jump up/down on that leg he needs to see a doctor now. This may be appendicitis & need immediate care.

I am a 21 year old female. I've been having sharp cramps in my hip but nothing unbearable. Just noticeable. Also very gassy and the cramps in the left side of my hip seem to come on as my belly is rumbling. What could this be?
