What is causing my side / flank pain? mostly on the left but sometimes both sides between hip and lower rib. feels dull, sometimes slight burning or cramp feeling. had for over a year, comes and goes. had us and ct scan, cbc, ua came back normal?

Intermittent bilateral pain, with "burning and/or cramping on both sides" may represent stomach or small bowel disease. Best is to see a GI physician for endoscopic view and possible biopsy.
